This is our Coated V-Series one piece fan coil unit for vertical up flow applications in a closet or basement. This model is our 2 to 2.5 ton model with 230 volt ECM blower and cooling DX coil which includes a R410A TXV and a hot water coil. It can be connected to a 2 ton or 2.5 ton condensing unit from a third party.

The Unico System uses less than one-third of the space in the built environment than a traditional system. It can deliver up to 9 tons of air conditioning in the same space as a 3-ton traditional unit.
