Shipping Policy

Ship-to / Destination
Product is shipped directly from the respective manufacturer's facility to customers throughout USA and Canada.
All Unico System product ships from Unico's main facility in Missouri. Canadian customers should expect brokerage and handling fees to apply, administered by the freight company.
Freight Company
We reserve the right to choose which freight company and shipping method is used. UPS Ground Service is our most widely used and preferred service. Freight is calculated during check-out. We reserve the right to modify/change/edit pricing on freight in situations where the site miscalculated or under-charged for freight. In such circumstances, we will contact you to discuss before proceeding to ship the goods. Only in rare situations do errors in freight occur — for example, if a customer is located in a very remote location or water-access-only area. We will address the transaction as a one-off and discuss to determine the best course of action.
Delivery Time
In-stock items typically leave the warehouse 1 to 3 days after the order is submitted. Shipping time varies depending on which delivery service is selected at check-out. Total time from order submission to delivery is typically 5–10 days, however longer lead times may apply, as is typical during busier times of the year (Jul/Aug for example). While rare, back-order challenges can occur, which can cause delays. We will communicate with you if there are issues impacting delivery time.
Inspection Upon Delivery
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect goods at the time of delivery. If upon inspection of a shipment the product is visibly damaged, call us while the driver is still there if at all possible. This will ensure that any damage is attributed correctly and freight claims can be filed appropriately.
Refused or Rejected Shipments
If a shipment is rejected by the receiving customer, we will not cover costs to return the parcel, or cover fees issued by the freight company, either for freight, duty, tax, or other. Items returned freight-collect will be refused.
Shipping Costs — Returns
We do not refund shipping costs either to or from a customer location, on either original purchases or returns, unless the error was ours. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.

*** 2026 *** LEAD TIMES have improved vs. previous few years. Some items and full system orders likely require ~4 to 6 week lead time, per Unico. Most smaller orders/items, will ship within 1 to 5 days, and occasionally 1 to 2+ weeks. We are working as best we can to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
