Shipping Policy

Ship-to / Destination 

Product is shipped directly from the respective manufacturer’s facility, to customers throughout USA and Canada. 

ALL UNICO SYSTEM product is shipping from Unico’s main facility in Missouri. Canadian customers should expect brokerage and handling fees to apply, administered by the freight company.

Freight Company 

We reserve the right to choose which freight company and shipping method is used. UPS Ground Service is our most widely used and preferred service. Freight is calculated during check-out. We reserve the right to modify/change/edit pricing on freight, in situations where the site miscalculated or under-charged for freight; in such circumstances where the site under or over charged for freight, we will contact you to discuss, before proceeding to ship the goods. Only in rare situations do errors in freight occur, for example, if/when a customer is located in very remote location, or water access only, our site may under-charge for freight, and we'll have to address the transaction as a one-off, and discuss to determine best course of action. 

Delivery Time

In-stock items typically leave the warehouse 1 to 3 days after the order is submitted, and shipping time varies depending on which delivery service is selected at check-out and/or used. Total time from order submission to delivery is typically 5-10 days, however longer lead times may apply, as is typical during busier times of the year (Jul/Aug for example). While rare, back-order challenges can occur, which can cause delays. We will communicate with you if there are issues impacting delivery time. Our objective is to under promise, and over delivery, so we will always try and best guide our customers, so expectations are realistic and targets are met. Full system orders, an/or items on back-order or requiring final assembly/production, can require 4+ weeks before being shipped. Standard lead time on full systems is currently 4 weeks, although might ship earlier/faster. We do suggest you exercise caution when booking a job or installation, where delivery/shipping time is not 100% certain. On orders that have some parts ready to ship, and other items that are backed-up or require lead time, we reserve the right to hold back shipment until all items are ready (unless special arrangements are made, which will include additional/multiple freight charges). To split an order, we suggest keying in separate orders altogether.

*** 2024 *** LEAD TIMES have improved vs. previous few years. Some items and full system orders likely require ~4 week lead time, per Unico. Most smaller orders/items, will ship within 1 to 5 days, and occasionally 1 to 2+ weeks. We are working as best we can to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
