High Velocity Outlets is an online direct distributor of The Unico System small-duct high-velocity central heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, serving customers in USA and Canada, founded in 2016. HighVelocityOutlets.com is operated by ship2user, an E-Commerce Business Solutions provider, founded in 2004 by Dave Hammond, of the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. A family run business, the key objective is to provide a user-friendly and efficient e-commerce platform to source and purchase your product, be a brand ambassador for our partners, and ensure/maintain 100% customer satisfaction. Our Policy Product prices and availability may vary, and are subject to change. We cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product. Depending on your location, a mandatory sales tax may be added to the cost of your purchase. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with any requirements that we may establish. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. Among other things, we will prepare order forms, process payments, cancellations, and returns, and handle customer service. We prefer to have all purchases made using our website and payment system, as this helps manage and expedite your order as quickly as possible. Shipments are delivered via ground service, unless specified otherwise. Our ground carriers will only deliver to a valid street address. We reserve the right to choose which freight company carries your shipment. Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we cannot change a shipping address. Although we can approximate a delivery time, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or day. If delivery is attempted by a common carrier on oversized items and no one is available to receive the product, additional charges may apply for each occurrence. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or military APO addresses.

Shipping / Delivery Time - We ship all product from within USA (Missouri). *** SEE SPECIAL NOTE BELOW *** In-stock items typically leave the warehouse 1 to 3 days after the order is submitted, and shipping time varies depending on which delivery service is selected at check-out and/or used. UPS Ground Service is our most widely used and preferred service. Total time from order submission to delivery is typically 5-10 days, however longer lead times may apply, as is typical during busier times of the year (Jul/Aug for example). While rare, back-order challenges can occur, which can cause delays. Full system orders, an/or items on back-order or requiring final assembly/production, can require 4+ weeks before being shipped. Standard lead time on full systems is currently 4-6 weeks, although might ship earlier/faster. We do suggest you exercise caution when booking a job or installation, where delivery/shipping time is not 100% certain. On orders that have some parts ready to ship, and other items that are backed-up or require lead time, we reserve the right to hold back shipment until all items are ready (unless special arrangements are made, which will include additional/multiple freight charges). 
 
*** 2024 *** LEAD TIMES have improved vs. previous few years. Some items and full system orders likely require 3-6 week lead time, per Unico. Most smaller orders/items, will ship within 1 to 5 days, and occasionally 1 to 2+ weeks. We are working as best we can to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please exercise a  higher degree of patience, under the circumstances. 
 
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds - We accept returns and will provide a full refund of the purchase price plus applicable taxes, provided the product and packaging is not damaged or used, and items are returned within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days, up to 90 days from original purchase, we can accept returns however subject to a 25% restocking fee. After 90 days from original purchase, returns are not accepted. We do not cover shipping costs either to or from a customer location, both on original purchases and returns. For exchanges, please contact us to discuss the circumstances, but generally, this will require a return and new purchase to be handled complete separately. Any items returned for refund, must be new and unused, in original undamaged packaging. If items have been installed, assembled, or damaged, we can not accept. If we sold or shipped the wrong item, we will cover all costs to remedy. All returns require advance communication with and approval by our customer service support staff. We will provide an RMA document, for you to print and include with return shipment, and we ask that you provide us with return freight details, to help expedite the receive and refund-credit process. All items returned must include original documentation, parts, and packaging. If an item is delivered to you damaged, we will pay for the return shipping, and arrange for replacement item(s) with no additional cost. Variations which are naturally occurring in wood or materials are not considered defects. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect goods at the time of delivery. If upon inspection of a shipment, the product itself is visibly damaged, call us while the driver is still there if at all possible. This will ensure that any damage occured prior to delivery. If items are returned freight collect, the product will be refused. If a shipment is rejected by the receiving customer, we will not cover costs to return the parcel, or cover fees issued by the freight company, either for freight, duty, tax, or other. 
 
Warranty - We offer Warranty as provided by the respective manufacturer. Unico, Inc. manufactures the finest heating and cooling product available and is proud to offer the following Warranty program: One Year: Standard warranty on all Unico System parts and pieces is one full year from the date of installation. Five Year: Unico, Inc. is pleased to extend the limited parts warranty for an additional four years when a Unico Preferred Contractor installs your system. The four year extension is applicable only to The Unico System serial numbered products. Ten Year: When your system is installed by a Unico Preferred Contractor and registered within 90 days of install, Unico will extend the warranty for an additional five years (10-year Limited Parts Warranty). 
 
Privacy - Your privacy is extremely important to us, and represents the corner-stone of our ethical standards and integrity. Credit and personal data is not stored, and information related to your sign-in account (if you so choose) is stored on a classified basis to be used only by our company, to facilitate future business with you. All personal information submitted online is transmitted via a secure site (industry standard encryption). Confidential information will never be sold or given to third parties. We may share your address and phone number with shipping personnel of our suppliers in order to fulfill the delivery of your order. Under no circumstances will we supply sensitive information such as your credit card or email address to anyone outside of our company.
