Hi-Velocity HEPS Air Purification System c/w MERV-13 Filter

The HEPS Air Purification System c/w MERV-13 Filter is Hi-Velocity's whole-home in-duct air purification system. A three-stage 3-in-1 unit combining MERV-13 filtration, dual UVC germicidal treatment and patented PRO-Cell™ photo-reactive oxidation. Fits the standard HE-Z / HE-P / HE-B and LV air handlers. Runs on approximately 7 cents per day of electricity.

How it works — three-stage purification

• Stage 1 — MERV-13 filtration: 4" pleated media traps particles as small as 0.3 micron, including mold, bacteria, dust, dander and pollen.
• Stage 2 — UVC germicidal treatment: Two 24" 254 nm UVC lamps neutralize airborne bacteria and viruses.
• Stage 3 — PRO-Cell™ photo-reactive oxidation: Patented aluminum honeycomb catalyst breaks down VOCs, chemicals, odors, carbon monoxide and other hydrocarbons into harmless water vapor and CO₂. Maintenance-free — the catalyst is UV-radiated during periods of non-flow and self-cleans.

Applications

Whole-home air purification for any Hi-Velocity, Lo-Velocity or conventional forced-air HVAC system. Continuous 24/7 UVC operation is required — the lamps also keep the catalyst self-cleaning during no-flow periods. For homes without ductwork, use the HEPS P-20 portable unit instead.
