Hi-Velocity RBM-100-R410A TX Refrigerant Base Module Refrigerant Coil

The RBM-100-R410A TX Refrigerant Base Module is the R-410A configuration of the RBM-100 Refrigerant Base Module — a heat-pump-ready TX refrigerant cooling coil designed to install directly under a Hi-Velocity SDHV air handler as the module base. Rated for 3.5–5.0 tons of cooling (42–60 MBH TX cooling capacity).

Key features

• 22-gauge insulated base cabinet with primary and secondary 3/4" M CPVC drain connections
• Copper tubing with aluminum fins (0.006 in / 0.152 mm fin thickness)
• Factory-installed R-410A TX expansion valve with built-in check valve and bypass — heat-pump-ready
• Freeze stat and access ports pre-installed
• Two T-mounting brackets for direct connection to air handler

Specifications

Applications

The RBM series installs as the base module under the air handler (T-brackets, integrated drain pan) — the standard configuration when the air handler is being purchased as a heating unit and the cooling stage is added at the same time. For retrofit cooling on an existing installed air handler, use the RCM series (which mounts on the return-air side with L-brackets).
