We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

3. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) TOOLS

We use AI-powered tools to assist with customer communications. We are transparent about how these tools work.

Website Chat Assistant: Our site includes an AI-powered chat assistant built using OpenAI's GPT-4o and Anthropic's Claude. When you use the chat widget, your messages are processed by these AI systems to generate responses. Conversations may be stored in our systems to allow our team to review and follow up. The assistant represents the voice of Dave Hammond, Owner/Operator, but responses are AI-generated. To speak with a human, simply say so — our team monitors all chats.

SMS Communications: If you contact us or opt in to SMS, AI may be used to draft or deliver initial responses. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Email Communications: Post-purchase follow-up emails and some marketing emails may be drafted with AI assistance. All such emails originate from ship2user.

AI Service Providers: OpenAI (GPT-4o) and Anthropic (Claude) process conversation data under their respective privacy policies. Conversation data shared with AI providers is used for service delivery only and is not sold.

For order-critical or technical matters, always confirm with our human team directly at dave@ship2user.com or +1 (289) 809-6762.
