The Unico System uses less than one-third of the space in the built environment than a traditional HVAC system, which means more useable space in your custom home.
Our small, subtle outlets are available in 2-inch or 2 1⁄2-inch round or slotted 1⁄2 x 8-inch versions, each blending perfectly into your custom design.
Superior Energy Efficiency
The Unico System ductwork uses one-third of the surface area of traditional ducting. This means The Unico System ductwork has one-third less thermal loss. The supply tubing is also wrapped with insulation and an outer vapor barrier, which keeps nearly all the thermal energy within the duct.
Lower Humidity
The Unico System removes up to 30% more moisture than traditional air conditioning and heating systems. So, you can keep your thermostat a few degrees higher in the warmer months to achieve the same level of comfort and efficiency. That means you are more comfortable and spending less on energy costs.

Draft-free, Even Temperatures
Traditional systems distribute air unevenly, dumping air into rooms, creating drafts and uneven temperatures throughout your home. The Unico System uses a principle called aspiration, creating a gentle mixing action around itself that draws the room air into its stream of cooled air. This delivers even, draft-free cooling, from room to room, floor to floor, and floor to ceiling.
Quiet Performance
Our supply tubing is designed to be as quiet and efficient as possible, with a nylon inner core and insulation that absorbs sound. Our air handlers isolate noise and vibration with sound-deadening insulation. When a Unico system
is running, it’s no louder than a soft whisper. While you’ll feel the comfort our system provides, you’ll hardly notice it’s operating.
